With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cathy Palmer of Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on April 10, 2024 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother JoAnn Stephens. She is survived by : her brother Michael Palmer (Tammy); her aunt Connie Bumpass; her nieces and nephews, Jimmy, Sean, Chelsea and Heather; and her boyfriend James Davis.

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the New Covenant Fellowship Church (1326 N Moore Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37411).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the East Ridge Animal Shelter.
