Williams, Jr. (Barbara) of Memphis, TN and Edward Williams of Chattanooga, TN.; his brother Alton Williams of LaGrange, GA; his sisters-in-law, Faye Williams and Barbara Williams; his grandchildren, Christopher, Cecelia, Lexie, Timmy, Cecil III, Aurelia, Ashley, Maximus and Reddy; Mary Sims (Arthur Lee) of Jenkinsburg, GA.. He is also survived by fourteen Great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
