Cecile Barrett Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecile Barrett of Chattanooga, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilda Francisco and Earl Francisco; her siblings, Harry Francisco (Pat), George Francisco (Bernice) and Joy Buck (Dan); her son Jack E. Richardson; and her children-in-law, Candis Richardson and John Beckman.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Beckman of Signal Mountain, TN; and her grandchildren, Jack E. Richardson, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA, Melanie Dixon (Dave) of Key West, FL and Jacque Griffith (Seth) of Signal Mountain, TN. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
