He was predeceased by: his parents, Ofice Harvey and Zella Harvey; his brothers, Kenneth and Evertte Harvey (Virginia); and his son Mark Harvey (Jamie).
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Thomas Harvey; his children, Charles Michael Harvey (Yvonne) and Dede Ables; his grandchildren, Kell Harvey (Laurie), Cody Harvey (Chelsea), Taylor Harvey (Alivia), Jake Ables (Biannca) and Zach Ables; and his great grandchildren, Thomas Mark Harvey, Fairbanks Harvey, Hazel Harvey, Charlotte Anna Harvey, Sofia Ables and John Franklin Harvey.
