She was predeceased by : her husband William P. Johnson; and her parents, Tom Hartley and Cleo Hartley. She is survived by : her children, Sandra Sullins Morton (Mike) of Ashville, AL and Bill H. Sullins of Knoxville, TN; her granddaughter Shauna Dillingham; her great grandchild Brice Burt; and her stepdaughters, Susan McAlister (Hal) and Sandi Vines (Hugh).
