It is with sadness that the passing of Christine A. Sampley of Chattanooga, Tennessee is shared. Christine, born on November 14, 1946, passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Christine will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Christine by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Christine is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Christine’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy Sampley. She is survived by: her children, Jacquelyn Sampley and Tommy Sampley, III; and her siblings, Johnny Almanza of Los Angeles, CA, Margaret Lara of Henderson Nv and Frances Romero of Moreno Valley, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Chapel (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church (7111 Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37421).
