She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Alexander Boggs and Gertrude Gribble Boggs (Gertie). She is survived by: her husband Paul Grey Phillips; her daughters, Paula Phillips of Canton, GA, Sandra Phillips of Atlanta, GA and Karen Phillips Chin (Sean Chin) of Marietta, GA.; her friend Knoxville Tours; her grandchildren, Megan Hawley, Iris Littrell and Sam Littrell (Andrea Melanson Littrell); and her great grandchildren, Porter Hawley and Mable Littrell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Chapel (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hamilton Memorial Gardens (5351 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the same location.
