He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Lawrence; and his brother Bobby Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Lawrence; his children, Carey Lawrence, Jason Lawrence, Heather Helton and Samantha Lawrence; and his brothers, Terry Lawrence (Jimmie Sue Blaylock), Mike Stinson (Stibone), Leon Chandler (Chin), Larry Bradford (Crook), Jimmy Harrod (Catfish), Monty Veal (Tut) and Steve McKaig (Cool Cal). He is also survived by several grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
