He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Morgan and Sybil Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Bobbye Moudy Morgan; and his sisters, Tisa Houck (Skip) of Deland, FL. and Kay Hampton (Kent) of McDonald, TN..
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Chapel (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Hills Cemetery (4016 Tennessee Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37410).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in David's memory can be made to either Hearth Hospice, the American Cancer Society, or to the charity of your choice.
