She is survived by: her spouse Mayur Desai; her children, Harsh Desai (Lauren), Priya, Arya Desai, Mugdha Alverson (David) and Kyran Alverson; and her siblings, Meena Naik, Hemal Desai, Trushar Desai and Dilip Desai.
