She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ernest Eugene Westfield, Delia Bell Westfield, James Jefferson Liggett and Maryetta Woods Liggett; her parents, Aaron Franklin Liggett and Ezra Lee Liggett; and her parents-in-law, Reverend Augustus Jerome Crawford and Martha Ann Crawford.
She is survived by: her husband Orlando Jerome Crawford of Cleveland, TN; her daughter Delisha Blair Crawford of Mount Juliet, TN.; and her cousins, Marquis D. Dotson, Jr. (Alma), Pamela V. Bright (Robert), Taunya Kay Dotson, Tyrone Dotson (Lisa) and Walter Dotson (Jill).
She was an advocate for advancing nephrology research in the African American community by joining various clinical trials and focus groups sponsored by Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) and the Tennessee Kidney Foundation.
