He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon H. Miller and Christine Miller; his brother Robert (V. Miller); his son-in-law Tom Johnson; and his friend Johnny Austin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Johnson and Lorri Bragg; his sister Dottie Miller (Stu); his grandchildren, Kali Watson (Grant) and Kara Johnson; his great grandchild Remington Johnson; and his close friend Jeff Johnson (Cindy). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
