He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Bennett Bailey; his children, Lisa Payne (Garrett) of Clarksville, TN and Greg Bailey; his grandchildren, Emily Bailey, Arika Payne, Megan Payne and Wyatt Payne; his brothers, Randy Bailey (Mindy) of Peachtree Corners, GA and Danny Bailey (Becky) of Cleveland, TN; his brothers-in-law, Frank Bennett (Lisanne) and Bruce Bennett of Pennsylvania; his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Katie Bailey, Jacob Bailey (Aubrey), Chris Bailey, Dan Bennett and Kate MacKenzie (Brendan); his aunt Marie Parton; his uncle Ken Love (Pat); and his friend Scott Whittington (Karen) of West Chester, PA.
