She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her mother Jessie Owens; and her siblings, Joe, Donnie Owens, Margie Haley, June Adkins, Sue Light, Jean Boss and Betty Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Williams (Mike), Shelly Williams (Chip), Stacy Huckabee (Dennis), Heather Morris and Mark Morris; her sister Joyce Hamm; and her grandchildren, Brent Williams, Jessica Jackson, Brian Williams, Zachery, Jacob, Christian Petty, Brandon, Jonah Mathis, Brittany Estok and Chelsea Hennessee. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Cha (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lakewood Memory Gardens South (325 Greens Lake Rd, Rossville, GA 30741).
