He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Kelley and Goldie Kelley of Jenkins, KY; his siblings, Connie Sheehee and Johnny Kelley of Jenkins, KY; and his wife Reba Kelley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Reva Murphy (Chuck), Patsy Browning and David Kelley (Joann); his children, Randy Kelley (Rhonda), Robin Pilcher (Al) and Mark Kelley (Lori); his grandchildren, Chris Kelley (Mary), Jeremy Kelley, Meredith Robbs (Josh), Natalie Holderfield (Phillip), Chase Kelley (Lexy) and Kaiti Coyman (Travis); and his great grandchildren, Jack, Isaac, Mary Grace, Lilly Kelley, Baylee, Chloe Kelley, Stella, Will Robbs, Hannah, Hadley, Harper Holderfield, Rhett Kelley, Conlee and Colton Coyman.
