He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hall and Beatrice Hall; and his siblings, Emma Lou Allums, Ronald Hall, Stancil Hall, Edward Hall, Roy Hall, Jamie Hall and Billy Joe Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Hall; his children, Tracy Phillips, Melissa Hyde (Mike) and Anna Borgia (Michael); his siblings, Martin Hall (Dorothy), Linda Sperling (Terry) and Susie Miller (James); his grandchildren, Paige Phillips, Trace Phillips, Anika Perry and Daniella Borgia; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Remi, Asher and Aldean.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Horizon Memorial Gardens (5203 Hollis Goodwin Rd, Dora, AL 35062).
