With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Edmond Eaves (Chattanooga, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 14, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Junior Eaves and Margaret Rebecca Rhodes Eaves; and his sister Cindy Eaves Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Fraker Eaves; his children, Kelly Ott (Tony) and Douglas Edmond Eaves Jr. (Charisse); his brother Larry Gene Johnson (Lynn); his brother-in-law Danny Reynolds; and his grandchildren, Madison Eaves Hawkins (Jake), Molly Gatlin (Adam) and Matthew Ott.
He especially loved donating his time to the Pickup Truck Ministry, the Shower Ministry, and volunteering at Battle Academy.
