She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Chitwood and Edna Chitwood; her daughter Janorah Forrar; and her grandson Jonathan Hess. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Stafford (Allen) and Sarah O'Neal (Billy); her sisters, Eulene Thompson and Linda Pemberton; and her grandchildren, Melody Joseph, Shashana Crocker (Chad), Mary Beth Myers, Cari O'Neal, Will O'Neal (Sarah), Jacob O'Neal (Krissy), Davey Stafford (Amber) and Jake Stafford (Alivia). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
