He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Thomas Hulse, Sr.; and his cousin Krista Elkins. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Hulse; and his siblings, David (Jackie), Michael, Jeff, Spencer, Kathy Trotter and Debby Nelson (Rick Nelson). He is also survived by four aunts and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Eddie's name may be made to the Chattanooga Community Kitchen.
