He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Kelsey, Sr. and Willie Lee Kelsey; his wife Lena M. Kelsey; and his sons, Frederick Kelsey and James Riley Kelsey.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Kelsey (Delores), Cathy Hester (Henry), Broderick Kelsey (Tanya) of Chattanooga, TN, Gregory Kelsey, Christopher Kelsey (Veronica) and Kim Kelsey (Glenda) of Georgia. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
