He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Gardenhire; his children, William "Bill" Gardenhire (Donna), Nikki Gunter (Jason) and Charles "Chuck" Gardenhire (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jessica, Christina, Matthew, Jacob, Nicholas, Joshua, Jonah and Bryce; and his sister Rita Gregory. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
