He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ruth and Lila Ruth; and his siblings, Geneva Delashmitt and Harold Richard Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Rovena Tankersley Ruth (Rosie); his sons, Jeff Ruth, Harrison and Doug Ruth; his sister Clara Harris (Wayne); his grandchildren, Doug Ruth Jr., Kasey Ruth, Parker Ruth, Miranda Young and Zach Ruth; and his great grandchildren, Elouise, Ellis, Karley, Kaleb, Olive and Stevie. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
