He is survived by: his wife Sherry Carr Mayo; his stepfather Bob Childers of Tahlequah, OK; his children, Kadi Mayo of Austin, TX and Patrick Mayo (Ashley) of Richardson, TX; his siblings, Kathy Sposato and Kevin Mayo of Lawrence, KS; his nieces and nephews, Valerie Sposato-Raley, Cortni Jansen and Travis Mayo; and his sister-in-law Deborah Carr Peterson.
