He is survived by: his wife Sharon Douglas; his son William Scott Douglas (Kendi) of Kalamazoo, Michigan; his grandson Truman Joseph Douglas of Kalamazoo, Michigan; his daughter Kendra Melissa Brookshire (Cayce); his grandchildren, McKenna of McCalla, Alabama and Cayson Brookshire of McCalla, Alabama; and his sister-in-law Sarah Rose Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
