He is survived by: his wife Martha Wheeler Price; his daughter Cheryl Justice (Steve); his siblings, Carol Price and Elberta Cline; and his grandchildren, Chandler Powell and Ryan Justice. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
