He is survived by: his daughters, Erica Sims, Desire'Sims and Eboni Raspberry; his grandchildren, Ayden Sims Lewis, Kelsean Patillo, Nicholas Raspberry and Ka'mari Jackson; his siblings, Glenn Sims, Terron Sims, Sr. (Angela), David Sims, Sr. (Barbara), Wendell Mark Sims (Susan), Glorious Sims Ford (David, Jr.), Maudell Herbert, Orleana Davis (James) and Linda Scaife; and his friends, Ken Hale, Terry "T'berry" Thomas, A. J. Sanford, Kenneth, Eric Scaife and Will Locke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
