He is survived by: his wife Doris; his daughters, Dana Hill and Eugenia Furman (Ben); his grandchildren, Haydon Hill, Logan Hill, Seth Waterhouse, Hannah Furman, Abigail Furman and Selah Waterhouse; and his siblings, Kellye Cooper, Jennye Lawrence, Gloria Saft, Donnie and Pat Flanigan. He is also survived by dad, and papaw to his grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Ch (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hamilton Memorial Gardens (5351 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chattanooga Fire Department, Christmas Fund.
