He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison D. C. Middleton and Mae Middleton. He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Middleton; his daughters, Janet Griffith (Jason) and Jennifer Pickard (Thomas); his grandchildren, Josh, Jackson, Ben and Eisla Mae; and his sister Diane Mathis (Bobby). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces.
