He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Andy Miller Sr. and Beulah Miller (Slusher); and his grandson Zackary Tyler Miller. He is survived by: his children, Cecil Andy Miller and Christin Joy Miller; his brother Leonard Anthony Miller; and his grandchildren, Andrew Lee Miller, Jacob Scott Dillson and Faith Brengle (Miller).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Companion Funeral Home-Chattanooga Chapel (6018 John Douglass Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
