He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Bottoms; his stepfather Arthur Bottoms; and his brother James Hale. He is survived by: his wife Delores Hale of Chattanooga; and his sister Angie Condra (Jim) of Lenoir City, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nieces and sisters-in-law.
