He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Shepard and Ruth Shepard. He is survived by: his wife Dominique; his sons, Frank (Rachael) and Evan Shepard (Lucy); his stepson Ian Tejeda; his sisters, Christine (Ted), Lisa, Barb (Dan) and Ellyne (Bud); and his grandchildren, James, Layla and Scarlett Shepard.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 806 E 12th St, Chattanooga, TN 37403.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, a ministry Jack supported for years.
