She is survived by: her children, Janet Eberhart (David), Rick Heath (Teresa), Jim Heath (Karen) and Elizabeth Heath; her grandchildren, Chelsea Humphrey (John) and Hayden Heath; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, McKenna, Penelope and Judah Humphrey.
