He was predeceased by: his parents, James H Fulmer, Sr. and Doris Smith Fulmer. He is survived by: his wife Karen Moseley Fulmer; his children, Meg Brasel (Thomas) and Jake Fulmer (Keshia); his grandchildren, Tae and Ansel Brasel; his sister Betty Varnell (Wendell); and his siblings-in-law, Gordon Moseley and Jean Ann McAfee (Tommy). He is also survived by ses four cousins, seven very special nieces and nephews, and their spouses and children.
