He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Carl of Livingston, Tennessee, Edwina Gilpatrick of Livingston, Tennessee, Jim of Livingston, Tennessee and Effie Evans of Livingston, Tennessee; and his siblings, Kathy Gail Gilpatrick and Terry Clark Gilpatrick of Chattanooga, Tennessee..

He is survived by : his parents, Bruce Gilpatrick and Anna Evans Gilpatrick; his nieces, Breahna Gilpatrick Tittle (Taylor), Raven Gilpatrick Kennedy (Eric) and Lindsey Gilpatrick Tinsley (Jason); and his great-niece Ireland Anna Christine Kennedy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tyner Church of Christ, 6620 Bonny Oaks Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421, or to a charity of choice.
