He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Oliver. He is survived by: his cousins, Susan Stegman, Sandie Lloyd (Jon), Jenny Waite and Judy Vroom (Ron); his brother Robert Collake, Jr.; and also, Zach, Evan Stegman, Ian Lloyd, Mary Klein, Katie Vroom, Faye Kelley, Jo Frost and Alice Collins.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Christ United Methodist Church (8645 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army of Chattanooga.
