She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Frank, Sr. and Ruey Edna Pennycuff Phillips; her siblings, James Phillips and Pamela Phillips; and her grandson Jeremiah Hartley.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Pickett (Pam), Deborah Pickett and Johanna Hartley (Jim); her siblings, Homer Phillips, Margaret Reisman, Roger Phillips (Debbie) and Karen Walsh; her grandchildren, Brianne Larkins (Paul), Erika Morgan (Michael), Taylor Bostwick (Harrison) and Stephen Pickett (Mandy); and her great grandchildren, Bryson Hager, Jamison Hartley, Wiley Bostwick, Ava Pickett, Evan Morgan, Austin Pickett, Jack Morgan and Noelle Morgan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
