As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Janie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Finnell Brown and Eula Brown; and her siblings, John Smith, Salestine Brown, Cecil Brown, Betty Simmons and Carol Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Cedrick Johnson, Eric Brown and Kimberly Brown; and her sister Carolyn Crutcher. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
