She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude G. Bailey and Myrtle Hixson Bailey (Vernon Boies); her brother David Bailey Sr.; and her sister-in-law Barbara Bailey. She is survived by: her brother Gerald R. Bailey (Jane) of Red Bank, TN; her sister-in-law Charlene Bailey of Grass Valley, CA; and her sibling's children, Andrea Y. Bailey of Vacaville, CA, David Bailey, Jr. (Jeneen) of Fairfield, CA., John Bailey (Brenda) of Crossville, TN, Robert Bailey (Suzy) of Soddy Daisy, TN, Thomas Bailey (Teri) of Oxford, MS and James Bailey (Missy) of Red Bank, TN.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Red Bank Baptist Church Building Fund, 4000 Dayton Blvd, Chattanooga, TN 37415.
