He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Harold Alper and Maxine Block Alper; and his parents-in-law, Cecil H. Marshall and Jean Quinn Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marshall Alper; his son Justin Alper; and his siblings, Debby Alper and Ches Alper (Carol).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the B'Nai Zion Cemetery (605 Lullwater Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37405).
