Jenny Drake Allen Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 7, 2025, at the age of 72, Jenny Drake Allen of Chattanooga, Tennessee, born in Somerset, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Drake and Gaynell Drake; and her father-in-law James "Buddy" Allen. She is survived by: her husband Ron Allen; her sister Lou Ann Drake; her children, Rebecca Bryan (Adam) and Rich Allen (Callie); her grandchildren, Will, Nora Bryan, Emmett and Eva James Allen; her siblings-in-law, Brad Allen and Marsha Saunders (John); her nieces and nephews, Sarah Saunders Hardaker, Lindsey Allen, Julie Saunders McDaniel, JB Allen and Matthew Saunders; and her close friend Kay Olson. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jenny's memory to one of her favorite charities: The Salvation Army of Chattanooga, Sleep in Heavenly Peace: TN-Chattanooga, or Signal Centers, Inc. - Adult Day Services.
