He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Randolph and Lois Dean Huskey; his daughter Briana (Noah Neal); his grandchildren, Elias Neal and Remy Neal; his sister Jenny; his brother-in-law David Smart; and his nephew Davey Smart.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home (404 S Moore Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37412). A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
