He is survived by: his wife Eva Johnson; his daughters, Gretchen Gayl Davis (Jeff) and Stephanie Lynn Teague (Eric); his grandchildren, Vivian Louise Davis, Eli Samuel Teague and Collin Wade Teague; and his siblings, Carl Johnson and Betty Maurer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
