She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosevelt Hannon and Eugenia Isom. She is survived by: her husband Dewit Boyd; her sisters, Roberta Hannon, Essie Williams and Maggie Hannon; her children, Angela Bulloch (Samuel) of Chattanooga, TN, Reginald of Chattanooga, TN, George of Chattanooga, TN and Marvin Hannon of Chattanooga, TN; her siblings, Freddy, Henry Hannon of Chattanooga, TN, Jimmy Hannon of Auburn, AL, Bessie Milliner, Annette Shropshire and Catherine Hodge of Chattanooga, TN; and her sister-in-law Joyce Elder (Rebecca Jackson). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home (1101 Dodds Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Highland Memorial Gardens (2116-2124 Shepherd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421).
