He is survived by: his wife Barbara Watts Barker; his daughters, Jenny Simmons (Chris) and Judy Shappley (Jay); his grandchildren, Jennifer Shappley, Taylor Shappley (Sarah), Christopher Shappley, Tanner Simmons (Jenna) and Tyler Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Evy Shappley, Heidi Shappley, Lydia Shappley and Graham Jay Simmons. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins.
