She was predeceased by: her husband P. D. Manning; her parents, Raymond T. Garner and Mable Ruth Worley Garner; her sister Frances G. Lytle; and her great grandchild Georgia Grace Cooper.
She is survived by: her son Bruce E. Cooper (Stephanie); and her grandchildren, Faith Hawthorne (Kevin), Holly Wallace (Raleigh), Brandon Henegar and Clay Cooper (Tiara).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
