He is survived by: his children, J. D. Calhoon Jr. (Michaela) and Jamie Bolton (Jason); his sisters, Joan Bolus (Kraig) and Diane Martinez (Eddie); and his grandchildren, Dylan Bolton, Emma Bolton, Jayden Calhoon and Gunnar Calhoon. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
