He was predeceased by: his father Ray V. Fullmer; and his brother Michael Fullmer. He is survived by: his mother Pamela Fullmer (Ryan) of Somerset; his siblings, Teryl Collins (Craig) of Somerset, Ohio and Paul Fullmer (Mary) of Stapleton, AL; and his girlfriend Shannon Huntley of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by three children, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
