He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Crawford, Sr. and Dorothea "Dot" Crawford. He is survived by: his sister Wanda Crawford Hale of Chattanooga; and his niece Erika Marie Hale Estrella (Travis) of Lakeridge, Virginia..
