She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bonard Veal and Mayola Jane Chadwick Veal; her brother Eddie Veal; and her grandson Anthony Craig Burns, II. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Burns (Iva) and Amanda Brady (Dani); and her grandchildren, Ashley, Jacqueline, Michelle and Amy. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
