He is survived by: his wife Ocie Williams; his children, Matthew Ashe (Annette) and Toy Jackson (Stanley); his grandchildren, Matthew, Jr. (MJ), Daniel, Milani Ashe, Aeneas Jackson (Tiara) and Austin Jackson (Kera); his siblings, Gail Carr, Michelle Slater, Thaddeus Williams (Paulette), Alvin Williams (Sandra) and Terry Moore; and his sisters-in-law, Bernice Sinclair (Gabe), Imogene Odum, Carrie Robinson (Samuel) and Maryann Caldwell (Melvin). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
